Beginning in the fall of 2009, the Leaders Roundtable has been working to create a P20 "Cradle to Career" partnership framework. We have been selected to join a national network of communities to establish measurable performance indicators and improvement strategies along an eduction continuum that begins with early learning experiences, continues throughout the time a student is in elementary and secondary school, and follows students into post-secondary education and graduation into a career (see Student Roadmap to Success, below). This effort is patterned on the STRIVE model developed at the University of Cincinnati. . . ensuring that a seamless education system from pre-school to grad-school is preparing our young people for the demands of the 21st Century.
