The Leaders Roundtable in partnership with Portland State University's Dept. of Applied Linguistics provides classes for adults learning to speak English at a variety of locations in Multnomah County. PSU students get teaching practice under faculty supervision; adult ESL students get free (or low cost) classes in basic English. These classes are open to any non English speaking adult.
Classes are finished for the current school year and will start again in October, 2010. Check back here for the schedule.
